Bone & Muscle problems

I have been experiencing after my delivery. Pain my sole of the foot. One of the foot. I'm eating calcium as I'm Breastfeeding as well. The pain is worse when there is no movement and gets better as you move and walk around I don't know if I should show a physician first or ortho. I had a c section 2 months ago and this pain has started a few weeks back and is increasing daily when I touch the sole of the foot I can feel the pain areas around my heel on one side. Walking barefoot is difficult. In my family my mother has arthritis. I have thyroid disorder.

Suffring from kneel pains since 20 years for lock of vitaminD and gastric trouble at corner point of heart since 35 years. No medicine has been taken by me properly for two things. Since 6years having no free motions.

Unable to walk even for 100-200 mtrs.. severe pain in the lower back. I have to take pauses and sit down even on roads to walk even 100 mts.. attaching mri reports. please tell if it's okay.? Taking some medicines and myoril inj yet no relief. They said some disc bulge. I'm doing what ever I'm being told. Also I'm a patient of refractory tremors and epilepsy so I'm on lorazepam inj sos basis and encorate inj etc apart from bp thyroid and ulcerative colities medicines. I was told that the last option if things won't work out is surgery is this true? Also I'm finding it difficult to hold urine.. I'm prescribed  meds for controlling urine by uro surgeon ..Overactive bladder like mirago s. Does this have anything to do with this?

I'm taking tab tayo 60k one tablet per week for total 4 weeks. After the 4 week course how many months should I wait to start the 4 week course again? I'm taking the tables for constant knee and leg pain and my vitamin d3 levels are low

Pain in upper muscles of right arm and right hip The pain is not getting cured even after taking medical treatment. The pain is very severe in evening and morning. "I'm concerned about the change in shape of my legs. When I was around 9-10 years old, everything was normal. Now, at 17, I've noticed that my legs have naturally taken a bowed shape(Bow legs) , i don't know how this happen but i am sure that it was not any bow legs when I was 9 -10 , means it occurred naturally, which affects my confidence. I don't experience any pain or discomfort, just the change in shape. Please suggest what could be causing this and how I can address it."

Hello doctor, I had a sharp pain in my right leg till knee on Dec 12th 2024, one doctor said it's lumbar spondylosis and gave me alsody for 30 days with other nerve relaxes but pain didn't go. After 2 weeks I went for siddha treatment and did some physiotherapy but didn't help completely(helped to an extent) Then I consulted a spine surgeon who asked to take an mri last week on 14th January 2025. My report said l4l5 disc bulge. Attached report for your reference. So doctor gave me sody max, gabin 100 and juviana plus for 5 days then stop it to see if there is any pain. Now I don't feel any sharp pain and the mobility haS increased but still not fully normal. Am I going in the right direction? When will it heal completely? Should I change the tablets? Please help me

Hi Doctors, I am 35 year old male. Since yesterday, I have been experiencing pain in the arch of my right foot. The pain becomes more severe when I walk, and there is no pain while resting or lying down. There was no pain before yesterday, and it started since yesterday evening. 1- Can you please suggest what it can be ? Do I need to visit a clinic , or can ve cured by resting or taking over the counter pain killers ? 2- Can you suggest any tests and medicine if needed or any other exercise or hot and cold press to be done?
