I recently got ankle sprain ... it has been 1 week i got sprain... i am applying ice pack daily nd wearing ankle brace... but there is still swelling and little pain in my ankle... should i continue taking tendocare forte tablet ?? how will the swelling reduce completely??

Granite slab has slipped n fell on my 5yr old son foot.. doctor insisted that there is a crack and need plaster for 2 weeks. There is little blood cloth above the foot. It's a minor crack that is evident on x ray.. should we retain the plaster for 2 weeks . Attaching the x ray report.

Hi, Have consistent pain at my left sidelower back. Mostly am not able to sit more than 30mnts.  Please find and advise on below the findings from MRI L4-L5 disc: Grade II disc degenerative findings. Schmorl’s node at inferior end plate of L4. Mild posterior disc bulge seen causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Ligamentum flavum normal. Left mild facetal arthrosis. No spinal canal narrowing. No lateral recess narrowing. No neural foraminal narrowing. Conservatively it can be managed? Please advise.

I'm training for my powerlifting meet (it's in March) how do I fix this lumbar Strain early in the best way possible. Can you tell any sort of stretches or strengthening of certain muscles I can do to heal this?

Respected Sir/Ma'am, I have a chronic issue of neck and shoulder radiculopathy. Feels like stretching and pulling on either sides recently, especially during morning or on prolonged lying down. I planned to change my pillow, currently I am using a very thin pillow that is compressible. Kindly guide me on the choice of pillow avaliable in the market like cervical pillow, neck contour pillow or a simple flat pillow. (I sleep on my back about 70% time but also on sides) Kindly guide, some picture are attached for reference.
