My mother,P.Nagamani has been suffering from L4-L5 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge since 2021. After taking physiotherapy treatment she is doing her work at home but without support she is still unable to walk Especially outside and on tiles floor and her feet are still paining with more pain concentrated on right side . Medicines used:Baclofen,Zacy MR-4, Nervofit CD-3 . I humbly request you to kindly suggest me regarding further treatment of my mother.I enclose her MRI  report for reference.

I got a sprain and I used a bandage for 10 days now i feel ok does that healed or not I am ok to do day today activity

I had 5th mt base fracture due to foot inversion while playing cricket on 1st Feb. Xrays of right foot were taken on 1st Feb immediately after injury.Hereby i have attached photos of the same. For the first five days normal plaster was there. And after that i am having fibrecast plaster applied on my right leg right now. Please suggest from when can i start walking normally and do routine activities like car driving? Also please inform when can i return to sports like cricket?

2nd & 3rd metatarsal fracture which was displaced 2 months ago Was on cast for 1 month as it was not healing K wire surgery done after 1month of injury Now dr removed k wires after 4 weeks .. Want to know the healing progress and xray gap can be seen is that a problem ? when to start walking ? Attaching xray of kwire after removal of k wires

MRI for right knee findings :- Mild joint effusion or fluid effusion in right knee.Can it be cured with medicine or with endoscopic surgery?

From last 3 years I have right side shoulder blade pain and upper back pain issue. Sometime it redirect to right chest also. Recently feel pain in the right lower back and right leg . cervical spine ap lat was normal did 1 year back. I have low vit d so taking that weekly. Recent pain feel like Sciatica but the confusion is shoulder blade and upper back pain was there for 3 years. Not sure that the shoulder pain and upper back pain also can be Symptom of Sciatica. Sitting work - less activity from last 5 years WFH I'm 10 kg overweight and hepatomegaly with Grade1 fatty change Currently trying to reduce weight GERD (under control) What is the actual cause for this ? which test I should do early so that management and possible treatment can be possible . Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions

Having difficulty while walking after 2-4 min, unable to walk for long distance, having difficulty in breathing also , my legs get tight and not fill any strength in my legs after 2-4 m walk after that I tried to walk but still I fill difficult.

Suboptimal study. Type II acromion seen. Thin articular surface tear of posterosuperior labrum. Small anteroinferior labral tear and adjacent periosteal tear consistent with bankart lesion. Area of high grade bone contusions of superolateral aspect of humeral head. Slightly torn inferior glenoid and humeral attachment of axillary capsule and inferior glenohumeral ligament (IGHL) There is prominent surrounding soft tissue swelling with contusion of adjacent teres major muscle with subcapsular recess distended with fluid. Mild fluid collection noted within the rotator interval, shoulder joint and bicipital tendon sheath. Bone contusion involving postero-superior humeral head suggestive of Hill- Sachs lesion.

Age 32 having pain in hand and finger. Today i consult in government hospital they have done x ray. But didnt said anything. I am worried. Do i have arthritis in hand or finger. Plz help me i Will be feet thankful.

I have been experiencing middle back pain since few weeks. It pains more after getting up in the morning and if I cough it pains as well. I also feel slight pain while deep breathing.It feels stiff on back. Kindly suggest what to do.
