I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis in Nov 2020 and get operated for same in Dec first week .After that I was on 3 month zoladex and dienogest treatment. On April 9 I got my period with heavy bleeding and also infected with covid . Doc prescribe me dienogest  for one more month . But started bleeding with mensurational pain in last week may with continue brown discharge .Still I am having brown discharge .Is it normal with endometriosis having brown discharge more often .I got married in Nov 2019 still didn't conceive. There is also inflammation in one tube (left ovary ).

I'm 23 . Cam I take Ashwagandha tab for stress relief and boost testosterone and now I am starting Gym. So, If Ashwagandha is not good then suggest me another option.

I hv high blood pressure and I am taking Olmitime am40 tablets. Can I take any ayurvedic medicine for high blood pressure with this allopathic tablets? If yes then which ayurvedic medicine I hv to take ?

My aunt vomits blood from mouth, sometimes from nose as well , not frequently but once or twice during a month or whenever she couldn't have proper sleep or headache or rise in blood pressure .she complains of feeling too much heat in the body ,also itchiness around stomach and weakness.she often finds difficult to digest warm natured food.she has been suffering from this situation for about 4 - 5 years now

Iam having worst pain after eating breakfast in morning. ..pain generally starts 1 hour after finishing breakfast had tea and upma today Pain in my left jaw hot with intense eye pain and headache on left side indigestion and tight stomach with mild pain in stomach.. Left Ear also paining.. Neck to shoulder and back is also paining a bit..i feel low and depressed when this happens. ..What should I do.. Pls help me with remedy for this.

I have Tridosha body. Sometimes I suffer from cough issue (during night from March to May month) sometimes from vata issue (during afternoon) , and sometimes pitta issue (during evening and night).
