Tridosha Body Suggestions
I have Tridosha body. Sometimes I suffer from cough issue (during night from March to May month) sometimes from vata issue (during afternoon) , and sometimes pitta issue (during evening and night). Can you please suggest best herbal tea or churan for balancing all doshas? Also advise on foods to be strictly avoided. Waiting for suggestions.
