Post delivery issues in overall body
Hi doctor, I delivered a baby in August 2015. Post delivery and during pregnancy I was having no rest or proper care. Now suffering with problems like excessive wait, spinal chord pain, body pain, now due to the cold weather I am suffering with hands swelling and weakness to hold something with hands and whole body pain. I have hot L4 L5 disc bulging in spine post delivery and the curvature of the spine is a little extended at the bottom of spine.
