My sister she's 21 years old and 39kg got diagnosed with tb. Is there treatment in ayurveda for the tb?

I am suffering from allergy from past 4 years. I have taken many tablets, and from taking those tablets continuosly I'm getting stomach problems etc etc. Can I try natural ayurvedic treatment with no tablets? Is it curable? Can only ayurvedic treatment with no tablets will help me?

Hi i am having fissure in ano. Fissure is seen at 6 o clock position.. It is there since last 2 months.. I am taking laxative, applying ointment and also there is external bulging at 11 o clock position.. Doc told me that it is normal bcz of fissure and constipation.. Will it get resolved by medicine or will I be needing surgery? I am undergoing ayurvedic treatment

Hi, I was suffering from constipation problem for last 11-12 years and gas for 2 years. Recently I developed pain during my stool and doctor suggested for endoscopy and colonoscopy and I have attached the reports. I am 42 years old with no other medical condition with Vata character. I was suggested medicine - 1) ashwakalpa vati - 2 tablets before lunch and dinner. 2) Triphala Gugulu - 2 tablets after lunch and dinner. 3) Abhayrishta 20-30 ml after lunch and dinner. 4) Sitcom tablet - 1 after breakfast, lunch and dinner. 5) Dabur Pilocheck Gel use externally . 6) Momplus suspension liquid 15 ml before bed at night. I don't drink and smoke only 1 cigarette a day. I walk daily 8-9 kms with a speed of 6 km/hour. Please suggest -- Should I need to chage or add medicine as per my reports ??? What should be my diet and wht food I strictly avoid. ? Plz suggest in details.
