A lot of people are focusing on weight these days. I personally saw a lot of women doing lot of workout but still does not loose weight. We must not focus on loosing weight, as our weight is decided by our BMD( Bone mineral Density). Two person of same size can have a difference of 10-15kg. Instead of losing weight you must focus on getting in shape. For gaining a good shape first focus on what was the root cause of gaining fat. Just by Sleeping early around 9 and waking up early by 4, you can increase your metabolism and loose extra fat.
Next Steps
For the first month , do not go to gym staright away. try to achieve the goal of early sleep and early wake up.
Health Tips
Consuming Amla is one of the best and basic home remedy to start with.
