Hi, I have an eight months old baby boy. For the past 2 weeks my milk supply is very low. It is not sufficient for my baby and he is crying during feeding as he is not full. I've been having 'Prasava nadakaya legiyam' since the baby birth. Please suggest anything other than garlic, methi as it is not much helping. Post covid i was diagnosed with high bp, i am taking telma 40 now but would like to explore ayurvedic medicine. Being new to ayurveda, i had a few basic concerns : 1- can we take alongside with telma 40 ? 2- is it some medicine which is given or some specific foods to eat ? 3- how long does it take for the medicine to show results generally ?

I get cystic pimples and acnes frequently. I have noticed that whenever I eat pomegranate I don't get pimples and when I stop eating it I get it again. Please suggest me some best seasonal fruits like pomegranate to help me with pimples. Also can I take manjistha for blood detox??
