Yes you can take..
But there are caution. You should report your Blood pressure everyday. You should take medicine with 6 hour gap from your medicine. It won't take long it depends on person to person for few in 2 days for few in a week. But you have to consult, assess and then give. Yes there are food and exercise to reduce Blood pressure. You can try that before jumping on medication.
Need proper consultation first
I need to evaluate detail history
After that only I will suggest u medicines without assessing your constitution . lifestyle.strength etc..I can't suggest u any medicine simply as answer to your query .
So proper consultation and counseling needed
Ayurveda cures by suggesting diet, life style changes as well as medicines if necessary. All should go hand in hand. You can gradually shift to Ayurveda to control B.P.If you have checked it lipid profile, liver function tests plz share reports.Need to know ur sleep pattern and stress levels as you have started medicines at a young age. You can observe changes with in a week of taking medication though you may need to continue medicines for few months.
