I have been diagnosed with high bp 140/100 , pl let me know if there is any ayuvedic treatment which i can try ? What does the ayurveda treatment entail generally since i am new to this practice ?

Yes there are, but which one is suitable for you can be told only by detailed consultation.
After covid you need a detoxification ( removal of aama) then clearance to the channels so that the blood pressure comes down. Also should rule out other causes.
I would advice you to quickly consult an Ayurvedic doctor and get it subsided as soon as possible since you are just 32 years of age.
