I am 54 year old female, i have high bp,and had an hysterectomy due to fibroid. I am taking telma H for bp. I wanted to shift to ayurvedic medicine, knowing its various health benefits. Can I take brahmi for general well being?

Yes u have to take both ayurvedic and allopathic initially ,and observation by an ayurvedic physician the allopathic drug has to be tapered gradually..self medication shifting to ayurvedic completely instantly is not advisable.First consult with an ayurvedist.
