Dear doctor, I visited 2 dentist for tooth gum related problem. One doctor said it's gum ulcer and gave some numbness gel to apply and to use salt water . Another doctor said it's cervical abrasion in starting stage. No need to worry just use soft brush and recommended Senquel AD Mouth Wash. Till I feel some gum related problem not pain but i feel discomfort. I have confidence on ayurveda medicine. So I am requesting you all to suggest some good medicine to my problem and how long it will take to recover . I just not able to concentrate on any thing (no Tooth decay). My daughter age 2.7 years has the following symptoms: 1.Delayed speech 2.fleeting eye contact 3. Does not follow structured instruction 4.does not show interest in pretend play 5.
