I am 22 years old can i use ashwagandha powder for stress and muscle gain...ect for my age it good or bad can you please explain me

I just want to know Can i take ashvagandha in vitiligo i am having vitiligo from       past one year

I have birthmark on my left face. And 4 to 5 years ago I take leaser treatment (10 sitting) for this birthmark. But result is 0 even whenever I go outside I feel my left face heating. And clinic name Pure tuch pvt ltd. And address is I-2, 1st Floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar 2., Lajpat Nagar, Delhi - 110024 (Near Central Market). So i just want to know how to remove my birthmark any options? But i required best and 100% genuine solution.I think in ayurveda there is all best and natural solution. Hi my father suffered brain stroke two months back and is currently very weak and anemic. He has hypertension, diabetes and suffers from right side paralysis and aphasia. He is on lot of medicines but he feels best after two spoonful of baidyanath lohasav in water. What sugar free supplements like lohasav can i get for him? Any other tips would be helpful

Can I use baidyanath rhuma oil for neck pain ? It has tarpeen oil as well. Is it safe?..having stiff neck so there is pain.

My son has autism and speech delay. He can speak but doesn't communicate. Also he doesn't speak loud and clear, is there any ayurvedic syrup free of side effects that can be given. I had heard about batooni syrup once but can't find it now. He is 6,physically active and weighs27kgs

My son is 4 years & 4 months old. He was diagnosed with Mild Autism when he was 4 years old. He is not much verbal, he points out to give if he wants anything. He can sing rhymes, tell A to Z & numbers from 1 to 20. He speaks few words but cannot say if he is hungry & he is not potty trained as well. He cannot follow or understand any instruction given. He is very stubborn & keeps on crying till his demands are fulfilled. There is no regular sleep pattern, stays awake at night almost & sleeps at daytime. We are not giving any occupational therapy as of now. We started giving him ayurvedic medicine since 3 months. There is no much difference seen in his behaviour. Can you tell how long it will take for medicine to work. Is there any medicine to add on. Kindly suggest. Medicine given are as below 1. I have SIBO for the past 1 year, I have taken antibiotics which raise my liver enzymes, I want to cure this by killing all bacteria in the intestine however it should not affect my liver in anyway, I'm fed up with this, SIBO happened due to taking acid blocker medicine which is stopped along back. Symptoms, Frequent diarrhoea,I think it is hydrogen SIBO. How time will it take for ayurvedic medicine to kill this completely? An should not be any side effect at all. Plzz help all suggestions are welcome...

58years old make diagnosed as under active bladder. Symptoms are poor flow, hesitancy, low urge. Dribbling. Post void urine. Is 30ml.kft nml. Prostate nml. Taken chandraprabha vati and gokshuradi guggul for two months as advised but no improvement.
