I am 26 years old , from last few month when ever I eat i have to go to the bathroom , i have son of 3years old, i need some Ayurveda medicine.. maximum time after dinner something happened to stomach, cam i suggest some medicine .. ?? Lft test shows nothing..

I am mother of 3years old , for last few month when ever I eat i have to go to bathroom, most of the time after dinner , thats why I am not gaing weight, and lots of bleeding at the time of period .. lft shows nothing ..I don't want take allopathic medicine.. kindly help..

Can I reduce blood pressure below 140/90 with aerobic exercise, balanced diet and stress management? I would like to avoid medication for hypertension. I do not have prior history of such blood pressure. Recent annual health checkup recorded such blood pressure readings. Thanks for advice.

Hello, My splenic vein has multiple aneurysm. Currently I am asymptomatic and it was diagnosed by chance when I went for my annual health checkup which showed enlarged spleen. Then I did cect scan which said that my portal vien has blood clot and splenic vein has aneurysm. Hepatologist said the portal vein has taken care of itself but it is the splenic vein which needs monitoring. Can this be treated by Ayurveda? Thanks in advance .
