Does regular use of dashmularishta for three months thins the uterine linning? Please i need to know.???

Hi doctor, Temperature in our region is around 43C . It's really hot & dry . I'm feeling drained all the time . I am showering on head everyday to make me feel cool still not . I'm feeling gasping even for small work , though my spo2 is 98,99 . How to cope up this exhausting heat using natural remedies .

I have  this white mark which is not smooth , i have only thiis mark , not on the whole body ,and when my acne cure sometimes there is white mark , why? is this vitiligo or something else?

Why is it ashwagandha is marketed as a supplement rather than a medicine ,and is sold for the sake of looting and creating health issues while saying no side effects because it's a herb why is it marketed that away i consumed it as a supplement for sleep and stress and now my tsh is always bw 5-7 how long will it take for my tsh to return to baseline? I've no history of any ailments. all started after consuming this bullshit which is marketed in a very off way and is sold without prescription.

Hi, my son is 20 years age and he is 5.2". Is there anything i can do to increase his height by few inches. I am 5.7" and my wife is 5.6". He is healthy and going to Gym (not very frequent) slightly overweight. He is doing stretching etc. But its not working.
