Aswhagandha
Prior to this i had no other health condition So i was taking ashwagandha for endurance and stress relief 500mg per day for last 6months soon i started noticing hairfall and then i stopped taking it i got my blood work done and it my tsh was at 6.0 with normal t4 and t3 I've also elevated liver enzymes i just want to know how long will it take for my tsh to normalize after stopping ashwagandha please help me.
