I have seen my upper molar tooth have sharp edges that is scratching my chin when eating which makes painful and i am grinding when I am stressed which makes more painful and infection pls see my attachment pic and give solution .

My 5 year old toddler got a bump in her lower lip, since it was more than 2 weeks I got her checked from the Dentist. He said it is a mucocele and this might need to be removed surgically. Today i suddenly noticed another tiny bump near the mucocele. Attached her pictures here can you please tell me what it is and if this is something to worry .
