Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir I am attaching my OPG XRAY. May pls suggest in how many teeths RCT is perfect. I got my RCT due to cavity.

I have been getting sensitivity from the last 3 days. This has developed because of the cold weather. What should I do in this case? Please guide.

I have multiple caries in my teeth and due to it 3-4 teeths have got deep dents and few have turned black and I have lost one teeth completely and other one is half gone. I am too embarrassed to go to a dentist and getting into depression

My front lower tooth pain feel like tight pressure around it, actually the gums feel pressure. I have severe headache also since 1week. Pain around eyes and top of head. There are plaque deposits on back of lower teeth. I was tested covid positive last month so is it any post covid issue or kindly give me a solution.

I had RCT treatment on 26th December on left bottom teeth still not capped. From then onwards next teeth and upper teeth are not sitting properly when mouth is closed. Is it bcoz of RCT issue and will it be normal in few days? Can you pls suggest what could be the issue.

Please suggest medicine to quti the habit of chewing tabbaco. Capsules or tablets. I am really worried

Hi doctor I have this habit of frequently hurting my mouth while brushing or while chewing. I tend to bite my skin. But nowadays I am getting mouth ulcers whenever I bite somewhere by mistake. Is it a cause to worry. These ulcers usually last for a week and are painful.

Hi there, when I hover my tongue on inner cheek I can feel very tiny bump.  Size is similar to the tip of the needle, it cannot be seen by eye but yes when we streach skin or through flash light on it,it appears as a dirty white colour,it seems like due to light it shines and appear as white , it seems like it do not grows as it is there for more then 2 months.
