Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had my upper left wisdom tooth extracted in April 2025, but a month later, I developed pain due to a pinpoint bone spur in the area, which was surgically removed in the first week of June 2025. After one month, I’ve been experiencing mild, lingering discomfort in the operated area, along with tingling between my upper lip and nose on the left side. Before the bone spur procedure, a CBCT scan showed no abnormalities, and my doctor assured me everything was fine. I’ve been taking vitamin B12 for the past six days, but the tingling and mild pain persist, mostly during rest and improving when I talk or eat. Interestingly, I wake up with no pain or tingling, but the sensations gradually return as the day progresses. I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

I  have  mild  pain in Teeth  and  little bit  bleeding gums since 1 month  . What  I have  to  do ?

Hi Three years ago for wisdom tooth root canal was performed on left side. Today I can see that some white string like thing growing may I know what is that string. Thanks

Hi I have got this red patch which is like wound on lower gum just near canine teeth. It is painful as well when I touch and it's red . Pls let me know what it can be uploading pictures too.its like red dot. I don't smoke or drink or gutkha or anything .can be it mouth ulcer? Or anything else.

My gum near tooth just swallow from 2-3weeks and causes pain when touched,I consulted a doctor and he gave stolin gel.I am using it for a week but see normaly different.What should I do?

One of my lower front teeth chipped last year while nail bitting and I got the rough surface of the brocken area polished by visiting a dentist. I didn't do filling since it was chipped off at the backside of the teeth.Today while eating some hard food,another teeth near to the previous one also got chipped off. I'm concerned why it is getting chipped off.Is there any chance of disease or so.e kind of deficiency? Looking forward for expert opiniions.Thanks in advance.

Had a wisdom tooth extracted today and was prescribed Meftal Forte tablet for tooth pain. However, this tablet is making my mom extremely nauseous and has induced diaherea.

Why my sons lower middle 2 milky teeth remain unfall? When his tooth will fall and get permanent teeth

I am a 22 year old young man. 6 months ago I had a blister on my cheek near my wisdom tooth. Initially it was painful and red and was also a little raised, but after some time the pain and redness disappeared and a white round spot remained which was not healing. I consulted many dentists, all of them advised me to get my wisdom tooth removed. Then I got my wisdom tooth removed 2 months ago but still this white spot has not healed completely. I used to eat paan masala earlier, but as soon as this problem occurred, I stopped eating it. Now I am not used to it. Now I am scared and worried that I might have mouth cancer. Please tell me what this is and whether it can cause mouth cancer.
