Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 50 yr old...I did my root canal with the temporary filling...due to some issues I could go for permanent filling and the pain started after 10 days of RCT so I went for re root canal by an endodontist 3 days back...pain was there but still did the permanent filling yesterday...taking those tablets...but the pain is severe...doctor is telling it will be there but I can't touch the teeth and it hurts a lot...pls suggest me what to do next...I am attaching the medicines...can u tell me the medicine as after taking pain killer also pain didn't subside...need help

I have holes in my tooth.i don't feel any pain. Food gets stuck. Is it a cavity? what should I do now?

Hello My child RCT done. Doctor asking for visits to clean infection. Child not supporting ...while treatment saying of pain and vomiting. Doctor asking for general anesthesia. I am bit uncomfortable with GA as a mother. While cleaning infection by taking out cotton doctor not giving any gas or local anaesthetic. Plz suggest

I have overbite and overjet. My orthodentist has recomended to extract 2 teeth from upper and 1 tooth from the lower. I have seen that 1 tooth extraction from lowers leads to unequal midline of the upper front two teeth over the middle of one lower tooth. Can the unequal midline caused by extraction of 1 lower incisors be fixed or cannot be fixed. I mean can the unequal midline caused by 1 lower tooth extraction can be fixed or not.

A cavity Diagnosed between upper right molars in x ray  . There is no physical presence of cavity . I do not feel any pain or sensitivity in that region . Should I go for a filling , if yes what filling should I opt ?

I have seen 2 whitish elavated small bump on the right cornar on my tongue.I have attached the photo also circled this portion.such pain,mild burning on tongue.I am not alcoholic, nor a smoker nor chewing tobacco.Is it normal or anything to concern. Please guide me.
