I think my incisive papilla is swollen bcz my tongue is always on top feel like it is big compare to past, right now I am having braces but before that I have deep bite which causing incisive papilla cutting but now it is not cutting still I feel it is big, please check the attachemt do you thing is red or swollen

I have pain in face till ear headache difficulty chewing but my opg xray is all normal. Can it still be tmj and will it be cured. I have consulted dentist and ent and all just prescribed painkillers. As xray was normal. Attached is xray film.

साल 2019 या 2018 में मैंने अपने विस्डम दर्द होने के कारण डॉक्टर से दिखाया उन्होंने बोला की दांत निकलना होगा , पर उनसे दांत नहीं निकाल पाने के कारण उन्हें आधी दांत काट दी जो खराब थी और मसूदा सिलाई कर दी पूछने पर बताया कि उससे कोई दिक्कत नही होगी । पर और जगह पे डॉक्टर से राय लेने पे उनका कहना है कि अगर दांत पूरी तरह से नहीं निकली गई तो कैंसर हो जाएगा , क्या ये सही है?
