I have a very bad digestion i am easily full and bloated i have been trying to decrease my belly and recently troubling with a lot of gas it is so much bulged am trying to eat less food, healthy food, working out, walking doing everything but the next moment eat any anything it bulges back and sometimes acidy this is troubling me a lot

Loss of appetite from 1 year and bleching and burping with constipation, colonoscopy and endoscopy reports are normal , using anta acids and digestive syrups ,still sme symptoms along with back pain please help

I had my last vomiting on 28th May. I was taking Sucnol-O syrup and Veloz-IT capsule, and I was doing fine. But today night, 17th June around 10:45 PM, I vomited again after eating rice, roti, and normal dal. There was rice in the vomit.  Please advise if the treatment needs to be adjusted

I belive I have bile reflux not acid reflux as I can taste bile from burps. ant acids and ppi doest work . I have vomited dark yellow fluid when burning was severe . I think I also have SIBO as I have bloating from sugars and lactose . I want to take colestyramine and UDCA with prescription. How do I get diagnosed with bile reflux. Endoscopy and blood tests are normal.
