I am 38 year old female i am having bloating issue from past 4 weeks . I feel full after bowl movements and i dont get the pressure i go deliberately for which i need to put lot of pressure. In between i get loose stool some time its tight. I eat only millets and green vegetables two weeks. Please tell me what can be the reason i am very scared

Am advised i can eat light breakfast two hoyrs before the test but i know whole night fasting is essential for the test. Which one is correct for correct result? Does hydrogen breath test deosnot require twelve hour fasting or stopping of any kind of mediciens. I have taken a light antibiotic for influenze which ended last friday and my test is tomrrow! Kindly suggest plz

I have done with colonoscopy 4 months back Doc take 2 biopsy samples , that shown Moderate chronic colitis . Again from 2 days I'm suffering from Vomtings and diarrhea . Feeling weak . Having only liquids . So many saying colitis have chance of changing into colon cancer , is it true ? But feeling so much tension about that May be I get that type of cancer Plz any one suggest me what to do .

I am am getting semi solid poop and if stool is firmed it's small in diameter. My stool generally looks like a stool of a kid. I don't have any other symptoms. Is it normal? Is it mandatory for stool to be big?

I was diagnosed with H Pylori in Jan 2025. I took the antibiotic course and since then my stomach issues have never been settled. Saw multiple gastros and everyone just redirected me to Psychiatrists and I was put on anti depressents and anti anxiety meds. I don't take stress about anything as such but when the stomach is not in proper rhythm the stress naturally comes for that. I've been eating clean, avoiding gluten, dairy, exercising regularly, no junk food, still I face digestion issues. I got my prolactin levels tested and those were high not because of Psychiatrist meds but because of microadenoma in the Pituitary gland. Endocrinologist put me on cabergoline (0.25 mg * 2 in a week) and honestly after taking that it feels like my gut is more stuck, like a sudden shock happened. I cannot take prokientics because it'll again increase prolactin levels. There is no mental peace throughout the day when one suffers from gas, bloating, incomplete evacuation. Any suggestions?
