Also given drofem as well but still feeling same What is the reason for the same and what treatment should be given

My father age 75 having hypertension and ckd(creat-5) currently not on Dialaysis, having stomach pan and discomfort from last 2-3 day mostly in night only. Doctor prescribed drofem tablet so is it ok to take with current ckd condition. Please advise or suggest alternative tablet
