Please find ct scan and usg report, I'm having pain in abdomen near chest, and following diet like frequent meals, walk from last 10-15 days but still it's not cured that's why done ct and usg as per dr suggestion,

Blood in stool , poop difficult to pass and also not flushed in one go, have to flush 2 3 times, also shortness of breath sometimes.

What is the best medicine for bloating, and what are the lifestyle changes necessary to avoid bloating.
