I am Ghulam Ahmad Raza from Gaya, Bihar I am done my ultrasound so there are shown fatty liver grade-2 then I am take medicine from clinic after approx 2 month then I am testing my LFT in report SGOT 61.6 normal 5-34 SGPT 81.8 normal 0 to 55 So what can I do I am so worried about this... I am take regular medicine Rabivin Dsr/Ls Digestive Enzymes Syrup Ursodol 300 These medicine take regularly Approx 1 month 15 days take Heptqub tablet after I am testing my LFT then I take Ursodol 300

Hi Doctors, I'm having the issue of indigestion from the last 4 years. It started because of antidepressant fluoxetine which used to cause acid reflux within 30 minutes of taking. I took pantocid for 1 year coz of it  to reduce acidity. Since then I have had very weak digestion. It got better after taking ayurvedic meds for some time but again deteriorated. I have consulted many gastroentlgs but they say that it can be improved with lifestyle only as in  endoscopy also nothing was found and there is no medicine to improve digestion. Even if I take light food, I feel an uncomfortable sensation in my stomach and when i eat a heavy meal like protein and fats then i get a lot of gas and i get constipated for many days. Is there any remedy or test that can help me please. I'm doing everything like waking up early, exercising, eating light meals thrice, chewing, exercising but digestion doesn't improve. Help me please

Hello sir/madam 1. Heaviness and fullness in the stomach 2. Pain in neck and right shoulder 3. Acid reflux 4. Bad throat 5. Feel like inflammation of esophagus and have pain ful swallowing of food These symptoms persist from last 6 months and becomes more severe with the time 5.

My Mom is breast cancer patient with brain Mets and has under brain surgery for tumour removal on left side of brain last month. Now since 20days she is feeling heavy nausea ,bloating and constipation And not willing to take any food due to said issues. Abdomen ultra sound was done before surgery And everything was fine in the report. We are not able to assess her condition now

My father is vomiting and feeling dizzy. His vomit colour is sometimes white and sometimes yellow in colour. Sometimes it is watery and sometimes foamy. He is not able to sit for more time because he is feeling dizzy. He says when he close his eyes he feels better but when he open his eyes he feels dizzy. It is happening since morning. Doctor gave him medicines but he felt little improvement , not much. He does not have any health issue. What could be the reason of vomit and dizziness?

I feel nauseous,dizziness and weakness after pooping ,no other problems ,does not put pressure,no constipation

Severe bloating, burps and occassional frothy stools with mild pain in right side of abdomen and occasional giddiness. I mostly need to pass the stools just 15-20 min after eating. I have a history of appendicectomy 7 years back. I am also on medication for hypothyroidism (thyronorm 75mcg) since 5 months. What should I do for this continued bloating ?
