Hi sir Recently i have done ultrasound scan for my mother as a part of routine checkup Report revealed Simple tiny hepatic cyst in left lobe of liver what action to be taken I here by attach the report for further reference

My name is Sunil, I am in medication from last few months taking homeopathic medicine Bio Combination 17 and Aesculus Pentarkan, earlier I have tried allopathy also but nothing happened as after fre days bleeding after poop starts (after every 12 to 15 days) and remains till 5 to 7 days. No other problem is there, just bleeding, else no other symptom is seen or observed. Only problem is bleeding starts, I am taking iron and vitamin tablets recommended by doctor. Whether to supplement some other medicine with these, or what can be done to sto bleeding permanently. Thanks and Regards, Sunil

My SGOT is 24 and SGPT is 21. This means ratio is 1.14 which is above 1. However, overall, the levels are in normal range. Is this a cause of concern? Three days back, my SGOT was 16 and SGPT was 30. 6 days back, my SGOT was 19 and SGPT was 21.

Hi, I recently took my second abdomen scan after 3 months to see the changes. Stone was increased from 4.5 to 7 mm and multiple polyps with largest being 4.5mm. In the previous scan polyps size were 2mm. Please advise whether surgery is the only option. I do not have any symptoms for now. If surgery is the solution. I am planning to do it in December 23. I am just worried if it is to be done early or so as polyps size increased almost double. Please advise

I had enteric fever and took treatment for same from 29thJuly-13th Aug(Tab Taxim o 400 twice a day and Azithral 500mg once at night for 15days) I took typhoid vaccination on 12thSep 2023 Currently, I'm having UTI(Klebsilella Pneumoniae in culture report, Colony count=1,00,000) which is why Im taking tab Zostum O 200 twice a day(twice a day for 14 days after that 9nce daily for 10 weeks) Im attaching my Lft report.Kindly tell me how to normalise the abnormalities and how did lft become like this all of a sudden??Are any medications reqd?Kindly tell Lft was normal in June as well as in July 2023..
