Can we take raw ginger daily ?? How much to take and quantity ??? What are there benefits ???mmmmmmm

I am taking duphalac 10 ml everyday from past 5 months for constipation. Ever since I am doing this I have two bowel movements daily. The first one has normal stool where as second one has loose stool post like type 6 as per Bristol stool chart. Do I need to reduce duphalac dose to take care of this?

Past one week pain around navel, nausea, right hip pain and constipation it is gastric problem or any other problem

Everytime when i eat something bit spicy or bit on extra quantity, a sharp pain just below the rib cage and above the stomach starts which becomes worst when i try to sleep. It is happening around twice in a month and for the whole night the pain is there. Sometimes it's feels like it's because of acidity but i take antacid nothing really works for a whole night the pain is there and i wanna mention again the pain is unbearable.
