My CT suggests as Intestinal Tubercolosis but I have weakness and there is mild pain in stomach in left lower and right lower abdomen and pelvic pain.i have a issue of frequent hunger and increased appetite so is my issue is of Intestinal Tubercolosis,crohn's or SIBO.what should be done to rule out .colonoscopy did only half of it as splenic fixure spasms

I have severe acid reflux problem from 3yrs... It's not completely cured... My throat always burn like hell after eating anything... What to do I have taken medication also but no use..

My kid is 5.8 years old and complaining about stomach pain while eating since 4 weeks. He says hungry but after eating few spoons, he says stomach pain and stops eating. He is constipated earlier but now it has improved but still stomach pain didnt stop. His lost 1 kg in 2 weeks. Consulted doctor and he said it could be due to stomach infection and indigestion and we had given antibiotics, digestive syrup, laxatives so far and continuing them. Since yesterday he is suffering from fever also. Please suggest if it could be something else which needs serious medical care.

Hello, i usually get stomach bloating and feel fullness when ever i get bacterial infection. I observed this whenever i mixed tablet course along with weekend beer with friends. I forgot im in mediaction once and had beer, i was infected with bacterial infection. Same feeling and same thing happened this time, i had eetha kallu which extracts from palm tree , and next day i had beer ... now since a week i feel bloated and same feeling like bacterial infection ... so please prescribe me medication to remove infection...

I have done all the tests. I don't have sugar or diabetes, ultrasound abdomen normal, urine routine and culture normal. However i am peeing a lot, like 13-18 times a day and each time i urinate more only not less. I have lost like 3-4 kgs and i am unable to gain weight even after eating a lot. Can this be a symptom of ibd or ibs? I am scared. I look thin and weak. Please help me. Is there any test that i should do?

I have been suffering from stomach issues since long years. Currently I am suffering from frequent bloating, piles, borborygmi and anus itching. I have to stay for 15-30 min every day in the toilet to passed out my stool. I have been losing my weight and I don't gain weight even if I take meal 2 times a day including morning and evening snack. I have seen to doctors many times, did x-rays and sonography as recommended, took medicine as prescribed but, didn't get any effective results. Many additional consequences occurred frequently like acne, some diseases on tongue and backside lips. Please please please help me. I am really tired of these diseases or issues.

My sgpt and sgot are high and tsh is low are my reports concerning.please advice ..I also am very much  bloated uncomfortable to sit . When I google the symptoms too scary .facing issues from 3 years , bloating , shortness of breath , loss of appetite

1.Smelly fart 2.Gas goes in the brain and all over the body cause low concentration and memory issue and weakness using dsr tablet from long but does not help

I have shifted to a remote location last week in a battalion in Assam-Mizoram border area. Food provided was very oily and spicy by the cook, which we are not used to. My colleague also fell sick , he started having vomiting many times a day few days back, now he is better and recovering. Since yesterday, started with fever and loose motion. Before that diet was not that good for a week(lots of oil and spicy food). Also we had excess of sprouts. Main problem stomach ache and loose motion. I have started with metronidazole. Also I am having Khichdi. Loose motion is continuous and stomach ache is continous and also starts paining when I have any food.
