Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 31 years old and my meals are 3 times all on time but last 3 years my stomach is not cleaning properly I have to go for toilet 3 to 4 times a day. What can be done to ensure that the stomach should be properly cleaned only in the morning during the day?

I live in Uttrakhand, having major gastritis issue, in an average 4 times a day for motion pass and and chronic constipation issue,I urge to pass stool frequently however unable to get fresh properly.3 months back diagnosed with piles took treatment with Aayurvedic dr now piles gone completely but gastric and constipation issue is still the same, facing this issue since last 5-7 years, one dr said it's the condition like IBS. I myself a nutritionist tried various diet however dosent work, thought to ask with a dr . Currently taking Aayurvedic med but no relief please help dr. I am an active individual doing weight training 5 days a week for 90 min daily

Hello Doctors, i had drinks and meat last night and in morning today i had dark black stool. I have gastric issues like bloating and an improper bowel movement. Can anyone please help me with what should i do next? Is black stool sign of worry? And what should i do with the improper bowel movement? Sometimes i feel I've not freshen up even after going for poop in morning.

I was diagnosed with gerd in 2022 stage 1 and then stage 3 with no hilatial hernia earlier this year. I am 30 - quit alchohol in Jan this year and also smoking as of November My endo showed stage 3 gerd with no hilatial hernia in May and I had H pylori - both last year and this May - took the 14 day treatment and was fine But starting December symptoms getting worse and I'm possibly losing 2 kgs weight on a weight base of 71 in 1 month - I eat less too and don't eat after 8pm - I walk about 2 kms a day too But somehow eating is a problem and there is epigastric pain as well How often should I repeat my endo and what should I do? Surgery?

I usually don't get sick, but now it's a ritual to be sick through out the winters every year in Uttar Pradesh with just temperature of 8° C. My stomach aches a lot sometimes accompanied with Vomiting & loose motions. I don't consume any junk food, and it's been months I have stopped eating even rice & potatoes. I have a normal vegetarian diet. I have observed that the pain increases significantly when I am hungry like late nights and early morning. But I have been eating the same amount the whole year without much hunger pain before.
