I have had this pain for about a month, USG and blood are normal, The doctor told me it can be muscle pain as it started with movement, now i have noticed that it gets worse after bowel movement. Is it something serious? If it persists should i go for CT Scan or Colonoscopy?

I have gastritis issue so for that i have to take regular anti gas tablet once empty stomach in the morning. So i am taking antigas tablets regularly so which medicine is the best abd dont have any other effects in body. Currently i am taking esogress d regularly.

I have been having piles for almost the last 10 years. Whenever I have constipation, I get them and they go on their own within two days. I never had severe pain or complications with them. But this time I am having these swollen piles for the last one week after I have consumed some heavy non veg food. I am currently using prescribed medicine, calcium dobelisate twice a day, lyser d twice a day, duphalac one time in night and anobliss application twice a day. But I did not find any use of it till now. I'm having severe pain after bowel movement. I could not apply anobliss inside the anus due to these swollen piles. Please suggest whether these medicines are ok or need to change. I have attached the picture of my condition, they are quite swollen but they are slowly going inside after bowel movement. I don't want to go for surgery, I wanted to manage with my diet. Sorry for the image. Please suggest the solution for this. Do you think surgery is the only option ?

I'm 16 years old and im having pain in upper abdomen after eating anything for a month. pain has gotten worse since. ate pantop hp kit for 10 days by my pediatrician's advice and no response. UTI diagnosed in  urine culture test and a hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary in ultrasound. but there is no pain in lower abdomen. now pain is occurring anytime. and the pain is different., like sometimes it's heartburn, gas and sometimes a stabbing pain. I also have GERD since a long time because many a times the food comes back up and i chew it and then swallow. could it be because of anxiety or is there another issue. should I get an endoscopy?

If I stop using softovac will I again have constipation and blood in stool ? As it is not natural and unnaturally I am inducing something

Facing intestinal motility and constipation issue from a year..did lifestyle changes,incorporated exercise,yoga,made diet changes still not able to see any change..nutrionist advised me to take vitamin b1 supplement after consultation with doctor..so.just want to confirm is it safe to take vitamin b1 supplement is there any side effects?

I feel like pooping 5-10 mins after eating. I don't have diarrhea. I consulted a medicine a doctor. He has advised me velgut tab,spasloc tab and rifaxygyl M tab. I searched in net and got to know that this tablets are to treat infectious diarrhea but I don't have diarrhea. My problem is I feel urge to poop 5-10 mins after eating. Should I take the medicines ? Pls suggest me
