Previous year on 1 st march i had on golbladder  operation now my right side nerval area in stomach heavy fill and pain mild and back pain mild... Is it cause any gas problem??

Having loose motion again and again. I live in hostel so food isn't very good. Could it be any underlying problem? Should I get any blood tests or other tests done ?

I had been detected with enlarged liver measuring 182mm two months back. It's grade 2 fatty liver. This was mainly due go alochol consumption. I have quit smoking and drinking for the past two months, the latest sonography shows 181mm despite taking liv 52 regularly and keeping an eye on the diet. Similarly gallstone measuring 7.2mm has reduced to 4mm. One ayurvedic doctor has recommended regular use of sarva kalp kwath of patanjali for liver and another doctor has recommended chilodenium homeo drops for enlarged liver. Can any doctor suggest on what's the best medicine for liver enlargement and gallstones? Thanks

I have taken meal at night 5 days ago in the mess and after that from next morning I am having issue of vomiting like situation, 1time vomiting has happened and after that from last 5days the stomach appears to be heavy and always feel like vomating,I have taken OTC medicine - pantop DSR and unizyme tablet for two days, but no improvement, Currently from otc I am taking (norflox tz twice daily) and pan-40 tablet in the morning. And dizene, some improvement is there but still stomach feels heavy and there is sound coming like bubbles or something (gur gur  sound from stomach) .. Can you please tell me why this is happening what was the problem is this food poisoning or other problem, any medicine suggestions plz help me
