Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since couple of weeks, I have been seeing blood in my stool. I'm not sure if its blood but there's sort of bright red strand thingy which I am not able to understand exactly. Other than that, I also have bloating. Which tests should I do and how should go about with consultation after doing these tests?

I have occasionally low quantity painless bleeding during bowl movement . It stops after day or two. But after three to four months it happens again. What are the causes and medications for this?

After have alcohol next day I have acidity also I have been drinking for more than an year now and I have slight pain or discomfort most of time in my upper left abdomen. Also I get bad acidity most of days especially after drinking. Should I go for an ultrasound but it's not unmanageable or should I take some medicine please guide.

I have been prescribed Metrogyl(400mg)  2 tablets for 5 days and Rifaximin for (550mg)2 tablets for 10days for SIBO.I have followed the prescription but had to skip one dose since I was vomitting 2-3 times on the 2nd day in the night.I continued the dosage the next day.Will i have  antibiotic resistance ??I have maintained the remaining doses upto now.Today is the 4th day of antibiotics.

My niece have abdomenal pain almost 15 days. We have done usg abdomen that shows he has non specific mesentric lymphadenopathy. And doctor says there is no treatment for this problem. I am attaching images of usg report. Please help.
