I got loose motion 7 days back. Was in hospital was  treated with  o2 ,metrogyl and saline intervenes. Still getting loose stools twice a day with mild cramps on stomach.

Does internal hemorrhoid cause mucus discharge? I used to have bleeding internal hemorrhoid, but now, after lifestyle change, the bleeding has stopped. But i notice clear sticky thick liquid in the anus, maybe 1 or 2 drops. Is this normal during hemorrhoid?

I've been having loose motions since afternoon. A doctor friend asked me to take 2 loperamide stat and drotin and vibact tablets. Is this a correct combination. I have already taken loperamide. But I am feeling a bit drowsy and nauseous. Are these the side effects of loperamide?

What are the other medicine available for IBS D treatment with visceral hypersensitivity. I have tried 1- librax, Ibset 2- Colospa X and Rifaxamin 400 mg 3 - Normaxin D 4 - Hyoscycomine. Only librax and Ibset have worked for me but it only worked for me for one month. Now it's not working anymore. Is there any other medicines available? I did my research there are valium and otilonium bromide. And I also heard about use of antihistamines for IBS. Please guide me. All my tests are normal. CBC, ESR, CRP, Ultrasound, Fecal Calprotectine, Stool culture. All reports are normal. Please help if you know how to treat this life degrading curse. My symptoms are left abdomen discomfort and rectum discomfort and stools not properly formed.

Hi Doctors PFA and please let me know your thoughts. I have taken this endoscopy on 5 th March 2024.   I have stomach pain for long term. Taken blood test and other tests all came normal. My concern or question is will h-pylori cause unintentional weight loss, how many times a day I should eat. I have been given ppi with antibiotics. Please suggest any natural way to clean the bacteria and gain weight back. I was 75 kg now I am 63 kg. I can also see pulse in stomach a kind of hear beat. This stomach issue is driving my anxiety. How come the gut is interlinked with anxiety? Have you heard of Roemheld syndrome? None of the doctor's in India knew about it. I can see those symptoms. Please explain. Thanks in advance
