I have pain in the upper side of stomach in the morning after i ate somthing pain is gone please suggest some medicene as i have live in the village hospital is far away the are some pharmacy in the village

I went to gastroenterologist today and she said I have CIC and gave syp lactihep plus and laxopeg. She said I should be able to pass stools everyday , And if I face difficulty i should have the medicine she prescribed. I feel it is not possible passing stools everyday I have constipation for the past 15yrs and also got sigmoidoscopy done 10yrs back which was normal. Now after changing my diet I'm passing stools once every 3 days. Is it normal?

Normal water coming to home have ph 7. I put lemon and mint in water yesternight and checked now and ph of water is 5 (tested) after 24 hrs. Is it okay to drink lemon water overnight regularly with such PH as i thought it make water alkaline. If not then how can i prepare alkaline water?
