From few months am suffering from stomach inflammation and IBS issues ..because of which i could not be able to sleep.. kindly suggest what to do..i just want to sleep properly..please help

Having gastric and acidity with b12 deficiency from last 2 years. What is the solution for it? Please let me know the answer for it.
