I have history of GERD...but form last 4 days my stomach gets tight while eating as if it's filled with air...what could be the reason..I am taking pantoprazole from last 4 days in night..

My daughter who is 22 yrs started having pain in her upper abdomen below ribs on right side ...near 3 to 4 days mild pain was there when she took deep breath...on Monday morning the pain increased n she couldn't sleep...took her to hospital...her ECG n all were normal...they asked to take pan 40 ...n gave inj for acidity n pain... But the pain was still there so we went to gastroenterology doctor ...who has asked to take Nexpro 40 for a month and also cyclopam for the next 3 days ...I did hear him mention H pylori...plz guide me as what's the problem my daughter is having ...also her hb is low so he's given medicines for that too

I am a diabetic taking Zoryl M tablets morning n evening with Insulin Eglucent Mix 25 morning 15 units and evening 10 units. For constipation I have been taking 2 tablets of Zandu NITYAM after dinner since long time. It's now kind of dependence on Nityam but still the stomach is never clear. Also since quite some time now the stool smells very bad. Kindly advise

I have already taken treatment for lax les but still after a week i again started feeling the same..food comes to mouth and continuous cough .is there actually any valid treatment for lax les ?

For the past few months i have been experiencing stomach discomfort like gas bloating and indigestion. Upon blood test, it was revealed that the h pylori is slightly positive above normal. Hi, Sneha here actually I m facing stomach issues past 2 years I m on ayurvedic medicines from dan. Actually the stomach cramps and pain which I get is not continuous sometimes in a day I get. Help me to get rid from it.

I start having pain at sides of stomach. It's not a persisting pain and it's light cramps type pain. There's no vomiting and my sleep cycle is not affected. I feel like it's due to the food and indigestion related pain. Sometimes I feel difficult to pass gas and sometimes I start having acid reflux, etc. Sometimes I feel the bowels are not emptied completely. The urine discharge is normal. Sometimes I also feel if somehow the gas passes from body, then the pain is less. Also, drinking water and eating fruits/curd makes me feel better. And sometimes eating heavy spicy food increases the pain. These are my attached reports which include blood/urine tests. I'm not able to attach more than 2 pictures but my tests(CBC, CRP, LFT, Creatinine, Urine Routine Examination, Urine Culture) are normal(little infection). Can someone help me know what could be the issue? I'm having this since last 1 month. I want to be sure that this pain is only food lifestyle related thing and nothing much serious.
