Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been 8-10 days I have been feeling lightheadness or dizziness.I guess it is more when I do rapid head pr neck movements like turning head rapidly.But when I move my head or neck slowly I don't feel dizziness or lightheadness.I have taken 14 tablets of Spinfree and Zevert 16 7 each for last 7 days but it has been of no use.So how to cure it or can it be something serious??

My query is related to urticaria... actually..I am suffering from urticaria since last 1 year and take medicine in beginning and than.. started taking antihistamine SOS but it is again happening regularly So..I want to ask which type of medicine will be best for this type of disease (urticaria) like Allopathic, homeopathic or ayurvedic as I tried allopathic but maybe in allopathy..there is no complete cure of urticaria..so if other method of medicine can cure it than please give your opinions.. I had scar revision surgery about 10 years ago for this scar, but it is still visible. I’m considering further treatment now . Hi I am suffering suddenly fungal/Ringworm infection from last 15 days taking proper medicine and applying Fuzysone-M & Luliconazole 1.0% taking DJLEVO-M &Terbinext daily but no relief yet.What should I do I am feeling very Uncomfortable.

I noticed that there is a black patch on penis head so i was bit worried that it not gonna be any  issue and I want to know what is the cause of occuring like this patches and it is ok that some males can have like this Black patches due to an pigmentation and I have a previous skin allergy type i was saying this issue way year ago so now cleared all the skin allergy around my inner thighs and buttocks and for this it cause any issues like patch on penis  and give me any suggestions so i can proceed and i want to know is it ok that patch on penis I don't have any pain and any itchy and what is the solution for this ?
