• This looks like urticaria (hives), most likely cholinergic urticaria triggered by heat, sweating, exercise (gym), or body temperature rise • It is due to histamine release in skin, not an infection • Lesions appearing and disappearing quickly supports this diagnosis Helpful Tips / Words of Caution: • Avoid triggers: excess heat, tight clothes, hot showers, sudden temperature changes • Wear loose cotton clothes during workouts • Keep skin cool; take cool showers post exercise • Do not scratch → can worsen hives • Usually harmless but if lip swelling, breathing difficulty → need emergency care Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment
