I'm unable to be fully awake after sleep. My face always looks tired and feverish. I feel heat inside my body but temp is normal. I'm unable to focus properly. My eyes burn like I'm with fever . My tongue feels different. It has white patches and small red dots on the tip. I have lymph pain below the ear and underarms. My knees hurts. I'm under this condition last 14 months.

After taken second rabbies booster dose since one month there is burning sensation in chest stomach and back and some erection issue along this. does this is symptoms of any auto immune disease or severe allergy. Please guide me.

In 2021 due to functional dyspepsia, I took some medicine acogut, pan d , muccain gel after taking these medicines I feel severe knee joints, heel pain , finger of birth legs , symmetrical , immediately consulted rhumetolgoist, Low back pain RA ANTI CCP ANA ENA , hlab27 , triple phase bone scan, mri si joint , hip , Cpk anti ttg , lots of tests have been done , even consulted 5-6 rhumetolgoists, I was continuously following rhumetolgoists till 2024 , all of them denied the possibility of AS , 3 -4 times x ray has done , no abnormalities found , suddenly my all pain disappear in April 2024 , completely recovered, rhumetolgoist earlier diagnose it as drug induced arthalagia, Now again this month , I again took some ppi , now again I am feeling low back pain In last 5 year I only feels pain no swelling redness , no pain if press , no elevated esr CRP I want to know what I do , should I repeat the above test , nsaid not so effective, I do not feel discomfort at night,

I am an 18-year-old student diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (Enthesitis-related) and Ankylosing Spondylitis, (it's been 4 years) My HLA-B27 is positive and my ESR has been raised. I have constant pain in my shoulders, whole spine (including scapular region), neck, back, and inner/lateral thighs, which makes it very hard to study or sit for long. I have already tried physiotherapy, exercises, Ayurvedic therapy, homeopathy, and allopathy. I have taken many painkillers, including Nucoxia 60mg and 90mg, but they don’t give lasting relief. The pain is severe and affects my daily life and mobility. What should be my next step for safe and effective long-term pain management, considering my age and student life?”

My husband is foody. Non alcoholic (not even occasionally), completely non- smoker. Recently he had a sprained ankle after a false stepping (he thought so) but doctor(ortho) suspected it as gout & his uric acid level tested & it came 8.84 and creatinine 0.77 He has prescribed meds for 2 months now & dietary restrictions. Is gout curable? Is it a risk disease? Can it be cured with food habit changes? Has he have to continue medicine from now on??

Hello doctors, Platelets always approx. 550 whenever any blood test is done. But doctors have not given any attention to it So I had a recent check for ESR also. ESR is 21. Not feeling any issues. But any further tests to be done? Please suggest. Which doctor to consult? Thanks.

I jumped in an event around 2.5 months back. I heard a click sound in left side of lower left backbone and since then I am suffereing from pain in that area. When I press the area I can feel the pain and also while and bending and doing other physical activity. I have done MRI and X ray and nothing significant has come in it but the pain dosent subside and increases with physical activity. I am undergoing compulsory training at armed forces which gives me no rest time. I am somehow continuing my training with this pain. I also have a precondition of ankylosing spondylitis. I have taken many anti imflamatory medications and pain killers in these past 2.5 months but pain relief is temporary and again comes back .
