It's been a while since I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, specifically performance anxiety recently I had to make a Public Speaking, and although I felt a bit calm but my body was shaking especially my arms. Is it advisable to take any kind of medication before such events?

I have been taking tablets for 6 months, but I still do not feel well, I feel numbness on the right side and negative thoughts keep coming to my mind, I do not know when I will recover, I am scared, I am very stressed,I don't know when to get married, when to think about the future, all the time is spent in this please help me

I am suffering from death anxiety since last year... That I will die due to heart attack... And I know that it is anxiety.. And it's never going to be happen ... But mind is not accepting and put me back again and again into same thought.. I am trying very hard to escaping the thought but couldn't.. Please help

Can a man not love a woman and still see her for a continuous period of two months. He acts like he loves her but says doesnt love her. He holds hands, makes deep eye contacts, laughs together and stands by in ups and downs. One day he leaves and blocks her on everything and 6 months past by. Did he love her or was with her because he felt alone. Or does he hate her because he didn't contacted her for almost 6 months. Please tell

Hello Few years back during his college days my brother has met junior girl and they developed connection as Brother Sister My brother has met her while he was in deep depression she used give him advice and strength and they used to talk for long hours in night. This connection is continuing for last 8-9 years now Now girl's parents are looking for her marriage and my brother wants me to marry her otherwise he will commit suicide He had tried committing suicides earlier also thankfully saved him. Taken him to Psychiatrist also treated him but no use. I have no interest in marriage as I'm just 24 and want to first settle in life Now I'm in state of bother If i doesn't Marry I will loose my brother If i marry it will be forcefull marriage. I am taking a medicine zaptra ls 12.5 for anxiety of 1 years..l want to stop this medicine but when I stop this medicine ,l feeling very bad and also Dizziness.so how I stopped this medicine.please help me.

Hi, i am PTSD patient since 1994 (childhood). Also i am suffering from Borderline personality disorder. Last few months i have been continuously dreaming about huge ocean tides chasing me... I am under medication too. Why i am dreaming same dream repeatedly.
