My 3. 5 years old son been throwing tantrums. We weren't very firm with our no's. Nowadays it has become very difficult, either we are giving in or trying to distract him. My wife wants to get her mother to help with the boy as well as our 3 month old daughter. But at times my son pushes my wife away and wants her not come near him. Again i noticed that when ever the grandma is around he is being with her only and doest let my wife come near. He is also hitting my 3 month old daughter. What can be done?

I have been married for about 11 months now. But not able to adjust with my in laws. Husband listens more to his mother only. Family imposes has lot of restrictions Feels depresed and suffocated. How could i cope with yhis

Of late I've become very fearful. Specially the fear of getting a deadly disease. For myself or my loved ones. I've also noticed that I quickly become very emotional. Specially when it comes to my 6 years old daughter. Whenever I come across a slightest tear jerker scene or a song I quickly become emotional. Is this normal? Am I having mid life crisis?

Because of overthinking can't able to be my self sometimes I look stange to my own self and body works on something mind thinking about absolutely unwanted things kindly help me to overcome this

From last three days, I am in a negative thought loop that someone said to me that I will die in early age...
