Since last 4 months foamy urine I had kidney stones before which has been taken out few months back still foamy urine ,blood sugar normal ,bp also normal , but I did all test I am attaching the report please check according to me the protein test was normal please kindly check it from your end aswell I have no symptoms only foamy urine but I have fatty liver grade 2

Last month I have checked urine microalbumin was around 10. Today it is showing around 175. I am on vegetarian diet last 1.5months. Creatinine 1.1 now. Last month protein to creatinine ratio was 0.2. And last month no protein leak in urine. I have 2mm few renal calculi. Now I have some infected anal fistula. Will it cause microalbumin to increase?
