  4. Urine microalbumin. Means protein?

Last month I have checked urine microalbumin was around 10. Today it is showing around 175. I am on vegetarian diet last 1.5months. Creatinine 1.1 now. Last month protein to creatinine ratio was 0.2. And last month no protein leak in urine. I have 2mm few renal calculi. Now I have some infected anal fistula. Will it cause microalbumin to increase? Another doubt currently is there any protein leak in urine? Because upto last month no protein leak in urine. Microalbumin means protein?

Yes, microalbumin is protein.. any infection/fever/exercise/concentrated urine causes increased protein excretion.. Are you a diabetic? Or any recent change in drugs?
