Having swelling in ankle more than 7 months. Feeling difficulty to understand the right cause of swelling. It due to thyroid Or over weight which is i am Or kidney disease. Please help

Hi, My age is 23 male, These are my KFT results Chloride 107.4 Urea 18.60 Creatinine 1.01 Uric acid 4.13 Calcium 10.14 Sodium 144.60 Potassium 3.74 I am worried about my creatinine level, is it normal or bad...Lab upper range for creatinine is 1.04. Should I start taking medicine for that? I have done ct scan also, in that two non obstructive kidney stones of 4mm and 5mm and not having any symptoms. Rest are normal.
