Is materal aunt mother's (mousi) son shoud considered of same blood relation and is it his kidney will fit for me . please reply and suggest me in this regard

Regarding donor..a relationship will have to be established by doing hla typing.. If relationship proven and no other donor in family and  with due respective permission from hospital and state authorisation committee they can give permission Also donor needs to undergo extensive tests for fitness. Yes, after relationship proof with hla typing. Nowadays there is no restriction of blood group for kidney transplant. In case of different blood group, we can go for ABO incompatiable kidney transplant. There is a set of investigation to be done to find the fitness of the donor
