And im not getting anyway to express these feelings, or deal with my emotions personally Can i get any OTC anti anxiety pills to Control the anxious feelings, till i can do something about my situation? Is anxit 0.25mg appropriate?

Since 3 months , my brother behaves unusual, he leaves alone in one room , keeping himself always locked, always get angry on anything , speaks anything which is unrelatable to the topic ,don't want to meet anyone, always feel hungry , and smile when not needed , wakes up early 3 am 2am typ , Whenever talked about job , got angry and keeps on study everytime , while in bathroom , eating , everywhere, recalls what he studied shortly anywhere.
