Hi, I get anxiety occasionally and sleep problems. Is there any medication I can take occasionally with less side of effects

I had anxiety and panic attacks in the past . I am recently married and I feel anxious around my husband even though he is a well behaved man  .I tried my best but even after 6 months things are same I am not sure what to do and how to proceed further

I used to take 10 cap of Spasmo proxyvon from last 10 years but now from last 15 days I am taking 2 caps per day and not feeling any withdrawal but I need help from a Dr. Who has treated patients like me sorry to say I had visited many physctarist but they themselves don't know much about these drugs so they can't help.Please reach me if u have treated someone with substance abuse.I need help hopefully I find my saviour

Hi sir/mam Currently Im taking arip mt 5 and clonazapem 0.25. I don't know why I cant concentrate feels like idont remember what someone said in person or in video that im watching, basically long talks. only few things I understand. And in reading too I cant able to read long paragraphs feels like I forgot what I just read and feels like idont remember what happend today or yesterday. Im really frustrated with this
