I will be continuing office after a month of wfh .... will Depran L have any effect during my work timings in office ?

Suddenly, I started crying, I have no idea why. I just started feeling very anxious for no reason and my heart was anxious and racing, i was feeling restless suddenly. I feel very negative and I feel something is wrong or missing, or something bad. I'm on medications escnx plus -5mg 2 pills but I just took 1 as I realised it got over, so I am planning to take nexito-5mg with it.

Does placida medicine affects the mental health pf patients? ls if harmful for the brain or any part pf body?

Since I heard couple train accident last year, from then I am getting fear to travel in train. And this fear for my 3 yrs kid. If I take with him in train, I am getting fear and anxiety. Fear does not come if I go alone. If I book train ticket before 1 month, then for that 1 month on daily basis I keep on thinking to cancel the ticket and go by flight. Flight journey is absolutely fine for me. But sometime it is costly so have to think of train. What shall I do? Shall I stop taking train and go by flight? If not if I have train journey with my kid after 1 month, then how to tackle this 1 month of time? Please advice. I am helpless by these sever symptoms of fear. Any tips would be highly helpful. To reduce the anxiety shall I stop travelling by train and go by flight?

Normally my hands don't shake just in some very minute detailing details but if someone triggers my anxiety and I feel impulsive, my hands start shaking.
